Rhinohide Armor paint protection panels are unlike anything else on the market, designed for heavy off road use through the thickest scrub. Each panel is moulded using tough ABS plastic, and clings tightly to body panels using our Patented Armor-Lock System. An air gap separates the vehicle panel, from the Rhinohide panel. This gap creates a buffer to protect against high-impact damage, and allows small debris such as dirt and mud to fall through – rather than hang around to scratch the duco.
To bring the Rhinohide product to the JL, we first had to scan a couple of vehicles; the 5 door wrangler, and the 3 door. We then took these scans to have moulds made up and from these – the Rhinohide Armor system was born.
The accuracy of the 3D scanning, and precision of the moulding process has resulted in Rhinohide covering every curve on the JL, right down to the tricky little door hinges!
Rhinohide panels for the 5 door wrangler are a 12 piece set, 6 separate panels per side. The 3 door wrangler gets 5 panels per side.
